Aufgaben
You will be working on a long-term international, Europe-wide project for a leading German energy network provider (> 50.000 employees).
A new fresh digital team is just configured in Berlin in 2017 to market the digital transformation strategy for the whole enterprise and its European subsidiaries.
You will be working on global, future-driven energy topics like renewable energy for B2B clients.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Review and analyze all company web sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted or revised
- Strategize ways to improve and track site performance, create advanced SEO strategies
- Prepare detailed strategy and SEO performance reports
- Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for web sites
- Place keywords appropriately in copy to gain most search engine traffic
- Implement off-page SEO content strategies such as coding
- Effectively use header tags
- Consult with independent web designers to improve the navigation of a site to enhance its search engine ranking
- Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, payment options, shipping options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Consult and train local SEO teams across Europe, on-site
Qualifikationsprofil
Deep expertise and proven success references in the following areas:
- SEO/SEM (SEA nice-to-have)
- Performance Marketing
- Conversion strategies
- Web analytics tools
- International SEO experience preferred
Also:
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Good on-the-job-training and mentoring skills as a senior SEO expert
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Good in developing and executing short-, mid- and longterm SEO strategies
- Technical web experience, knowledge of website design/UX and development process
- Experience with A/B and multivariate tests nice-to-have
- Very good English (spoken & written) and German language skills are mandatory
- Willingness to travel frequently in Germany and Europe
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
